Simply provide your Name, Email Address, and a Description of your decal(s) in the form. Alternatively, you can Email us directly at decalzilla@gmail.com.

Be sure to include the following in your order:
* The description of the decal
* The size (can range from 1.5" x 1.5" to 10" x 50")
* The colors (black, white, red, green, yellow, blue, light blue, orange, purple, pink, light brown, silver, gold, lime green, lavender, brown, opal white, forest green, fierce red, or hyacinth blue.)
* The amount desired. (Feel free to include an order for pre-made decals in the email to save on shipping!)
* Please also include a link to specific artwork you'd like 'decal-ized'.


Note: The pricing of your custom decals will depend on the intricacy of the design, the size, and amount of different colors.
